Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Endless Pursuit is a personal-tracking dashboard (health, fitness, business and general life) combined with a members' community (campuses, challenges, leaderboards and discussion). Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

Endless Pursuit is offered as a free Base club: no payment method is required to create an account or use it, and there is nothing to cancel. We intend to keep the Base club free. We may introduce additional paid tiers or features in the future; if we do, we will give reasonable notice, the paid tiers will be optional, and any charge will only ever apply on a going-forward basis after you have chosen to accept it. Access is provided for your personal use and may be suspended or withdrawn as described in these Terms.

You agree to follow our community guidelines: bring genuine effort, respect other members, and never harass, abuse, or discriminate. Do not spam, scam, sell, or post unlawful, explicit, or infringing content. Compete with integrity: streaks, challenges and leaderboards run on real tracked data; do not fabricate or game them.

We may remove content and warn, mute, suspend, or ban accounts that breach these Terms or the guidelines, at our reasonable discretion.

You retain ownership of the content you create (posts, comments, and the data you log). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it. Your private dashboard data is never shared with other members unless you explicitly opt in.

Endless Pursuit is a tracking and motivation tool, not a provider of medical, health, dietary, or financial advice. Information in the Service (including anything shared by other members) is for general purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making health or financial decisions. Members share their own experience, never prescriptions; no member is permitted to advise on another's body, health, or money. You use the Service at your own risk.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
