Privacy Policy
Last updated 14 June 2026
This Policy explains what personal data Endless Pursuit collects, how we use it, and your rights. Privacy is a core part of how the product is built — your dashboard data is private by default and never shared with other members unless you choose to.
1. Who we are
Endless Pursuit (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy request, contact support@endlesspursuit.club.
2. What we collect
Account data: email, display name, and preferences (timezone, units, currency).
Data you log: the things you choose to track — routines, supplements and medications, hydration, workouts and body metrics, finances (net worth, subscriptions, orders), business projects and revenue, and goals.
Community data: posts, comments, reactions, challenge participation, and the opt-in stats you choose to display.
Technical data: basic usage and device information needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use it
To provide the Service: run your dashboard, compute streaks, scores and insights, power challenges and leaderboards, send notifications, and process your subscription. We rely on the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
4. The privacy model (the opt-in line)
Your private dashboard data — medications, net worth, balances, bodyweight, revenue figures, progress photos and goal contents — is never automatically shown to other members. The community layer only ever sees opt-in, derived signals such as streak counts, completion, and challenge results, and only when you choose to surface them. Deliberately posting something to a feed is your choice and is separate from this.
5. Service providers
We use trusted processors to run the Service: Supabase (database, authentication and hosting), Vercel (application hosting), and Paddle (payment processing as merchant of record). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. Payment card details are handled by Paddle — we never see or store your full card data.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely. We do not use them for advertising.
7. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records (for example, billing records) to meet legal obligations.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including UK GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email us. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
9. Security
We protect your data with row-level access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
10. Children
The Service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes & contact
We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Questions or requests: support@endlesspursuit.club.
