Refund Policy

This Policy explains refunds and cancellations for Endless Pursuit subscriptions. Payments and refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.
1. Subscriptions
Endless Pursuit is a recurring subscription — £50 per month or £500 per year — that renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
2. 14-day cooling-off
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel a new purchase within 14 days. Because the Service gives you immediate digital access, by subscribing you agree that we begin providing it right away. If you request a refund within 14 days of your first purchase and have not made substantial use of the Service, we will provide a refund. We may decline a full refund where the Service has been substantially used during that period.
3. Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, as you can cancel before any renewal to avoid being charged. If a renewal charge was clearly made in error, or you cancelled but were still billed, contact us and we will make it right.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@endlesspursuit.club with the email address on your account and a brief reason. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
5. Exceptional circumstances
Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory consumer rights. Where those rights entitle you to a refund beyond what is described above, we will honour them.
