Endless Pursuit is currently free to use, so there is nothing to be charged for and nothing to refund.

1. Free to use

Endless Pursuit is provided free of charge. Creating an account and using the Service does not require a payment method, there is no subscription, and no charges are taken. As a result, there are no payments to refund.

2. If paid features are introduced

We may add paid features or plans in the future. If we do, we will publish clear terms for them, including how refunds and cancellations work, before any charge can be made, and any purchase will be entirely optional. Your statutory consumer rights would apply to any such purchase.
